Why Animal Rehab Solutions?

My name is Dr. Ah Young Kim

I’ve always asked myself:

Why is this animal in pain?

How can I make them more comfortable — not just now, but for life?
What’s the best next step?

These questions have shaped my entire career.

As a former surgeon, and now as a specialist in veterinary sports medicine and rehabilitation, I’ve seen the unique value of both medical and surgical approaches. When it comes to long-term mobility, nothing replaces a deep understanding of anatomy, disease, and evidence-based decision making.

I created Animal Rehab Solutions to help veterinarians feel more confident in making those decisions — and to support them in guiding animals and their families toward the best possible outcomes, with clarity and compassion.

Together, we can bring comfort and function back to our patients — one thoughtful step at a time.
